Chad arrived early, was very well mannered and very clean - wiping off fingerprints, he used a dustpan and broom to clean up after himself along with placing all the material back where everything belonged. He was great to talk to whilst doing his job and reporting back to me with timelines and materials needed. He even made some suggestions that made more sense than which was detailed in the original design."
